You may return an item for refund or replacement within
30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
You must return the items in the same condition in which you received them.
We will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping
not included). If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and
will show on your credit card billing statement. If you paid by check or
money order, we will issue a refund check.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first
for authorization. When you return an item, please include a copy of the
sales receipt and indicate the reason for the return.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible
for lost or misdirected returns. Also, we do not pay postage on returns
and we do not accept returns sent 'postage due.'

issues, books and patterns are not returnable!
Sale and clearance items are
