This needle from Jeana Kimball's Foxglove Cottage is best known as an "all-purpose"needle. It is shorter than the Straw but longer and finer than the Betweens. Some prefer it for mending tasks, others like it for applique, and still others use it for hand quilting. These needles are available in size 8(largest), 9, 10, 11 (smallest) and are packaged in clear plastic cylinders, with 16 needles in each case.
